You have the right to return an item within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The return period will expire 14 days after you, or a third party (other than the carrier), receives the goods.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at zukashop07@gmail.com. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the costs associated with returning the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
