ZukaShop Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at ZukaShop. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.
1. Returns
You have the right to return an item within 14 days without giving any reason, as per the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The return period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at zukashop07@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please email us at zukashop07@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will process your exchange once we receive and inspect the item you are returning.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at zukashop07@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
8. Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items on sale or clearance
- Personalized items
